Dr. Andrew Pudjowargono
Dr. Andrew Pudjowargono
Dr. Andrew Pudjowargono grew up in Toronto, Ontario, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2018. He began his career practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, and later relocated to Vancouver in 2019, where he continues to provide patient-focused eye care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Pudjowargono enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs, traveling, playing golf, strength training, and exploring the local food scene.
Dr. Andy Toor
Dr. Amninder S. Toor
Dr. Amninder S. Toor was born and raised in Surrey, BC, and is proud to serve the community he grew up in. He completed his Bachelor of Science at Simon Fraser University before earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon.
During his training, Dr. Toor completed internships in several different areas of eye care, which helped shape his well-rounded and patient-focused approach. In 2016, he returned home to Surrey to begin his career and has been caring for local families ever since.
Dr. Toor is committed to understanding each patient’s unique needs and providing eye care that is both thorough and personalized.
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Toor loves exploring new places, going on local hikes, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Dr. Cynthia Ahkong
Dr. Ahkong, a dedicated and patient-focused optometrist, was born and raised in British Columbia. She graduated in 2007 at the University of Waterloo with a joint Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degree. Joining Envision Optometry at its inception, Dr. Ahkong has built long term relationships with many of her patients and her clinical experience is evident in her practice. She is known for her warm communication style, clinical precision, and personalized approach to vision and ocular health.
Outside of optometry, Dr. Ahkong enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and future puppy!
Dr. Diane Spada
Diane Spada
Diane was born and raised outside of Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Marietta College before she received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University. She met a Canadian and made her way to BC, Canada!
Outside the clinic, she and her husband are raising three busy children. Diane enjoys traveling, tennis, pilates, gardening and of course, cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes football team!

Following the completion of a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta, Dr. Jason Lau received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York in New York City. Internships include the Glaucoma Institute for Clinical Research and Education in NYC, as well as The Laser Eye Centers (TLC) in Miami, FL. A residency in Ocular Disease in Seattle, WA followed an extensive rotation at the Castlepoint Veterans Affairs Medical Hospital in NY. These experiences allowed him to bolster a genuine interest in the management of Glaucoma and Oculo-systemic Disorders, to which he has dedicated much of his practise.

Dr. Jodie Xie
Dr. Jodie Xie earned her Doctor of Optometry with Dean’s Honours List from the University of Waterloo. During her time there, Dr. Xie gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive eye care, including the management and treatment of ocular diseases as well as surgical co-management. After graduation, she practiced in Williams Lake, where she continued to strengthen her expertise in ocular disease, multidisciplinary care, and collaborative medical management.
Dr. Xie is excited to have moved back to the Fraser Valley and looks forward to helping patients in the community. She is able to provide care in both English and Chinese.

Dr. Kelly Tokar grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. She graduated with her BSc (Hons) and her Doctor of Optometry (Dean’s Honours List) degrees from the University of Waterloo in Ontario in 2006. After graduation, she practiced for a few years in Saskatchewan. She and her family settled in the Fraser Valley in 2011. She is active in her profession, and has volunteered in roles both at home and overseas. Dr. Tokar most recently travelled to the Philippines to help teach optometry students and provide much needed optometric care.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and her pets (dogs, cats, and a guinea pig!). She also enjoys hiking, Pilates, and is a member of a Master’s rowing team.

Dr. Hung received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of British Columbia. He graduated from State University of New York College of Optometry. He also completed optometry residency at VA Hudson Valley Health Care System.
Dr. Hung has been practiced in Port Coquitlam since 2010. He also practiced in Surrey since 2023.
